API Script for Torrents

we have this system [login to view URL] [login to view URL] currently its configured to download specify release groups torrent from private trackers and upload them to our own site it unpacks the archives and uploads them in a folder and uploads them t sevral public torrent sites we want the same system but current system relies on scripts provider network for connection can you guy write a whole new system? this would include the following like you see in the youtube clips is has a live web panel shows what jobs have been done it also has a live web log of its activities that shows it success and failures/reasons and a web browsers extension for right click and upload for manual use we also want it to connect directly to our server and not reply on other networks like the one in youtube people have recommended a bash script system if anyones capable please let us know thanks
