php/mysql dynamic pages website needed

Hi to all coders, I need a website built. You will build a mysql data base from a text (or maybe excel) file. It has about 100,000 records in it that deal with business functions. You'll read the file and build pages from it dynamically. All pages must be built for best SEO practices. Some of these businesses have many records in the file and must be grouped accordingly. A page might show the contents of 1 record or 200 although the format will remain basically the same. You must also be familiar with Google API's as you'll need to map some these records. You will also be required to show data on a zipcode basis. By that I mean that if a user wants to see all records for a particular group within 25 miles of a particular zip code then that's what we need to show. If you can not do that then please do not bid for the project. You will also be the designer of the site. The data that we need to show will dictate some of the design but it still is a factor. This will not be a fancy site but it must look professional and appear to be current and using all state of the art techniques. The jobs in not real complex and should be finished in 12 days. Please don't bid unless you feel certain you can meet the deadline or if not tell me how long you need. The budget for the job is $300. There will also be a second site after this one. It will use a lot of the same code as it is very simular in function. That site will be worth another $200. Of course to be awarded the second site the first one will need to be successfully completed on time and looking/working up to a high standard.
