Need Joomla guru for some template changes(repost)

Need some modification done to an existing template at [login to view URL] Here's what I'm looking to have changed: 1.) The menu - HOME, etc needs to display across the page under the banner rather than down the side and subject categories down (with option to remove). 2.) All the jobs on the home page should be in capitals so people can read, at the moment, some are capitals and some are small...it needs to be uniform. 3.) Need to fit at least these 6 headings across the main page as they are all important. currently only 4 headings fit across the page. If the side bar was taken out and instead everything was across the top, even in 2 rows, we can probably get the main 6 categories showing width ways. 4.) There needs to be a column on the right where you can place google ad words ads. 5.) Fix the "Explore a path..." text in IE. It gets clipped. Will have more work for someone good with Joomla.
