463192 Need Best Web Designer Fulltime - only Web 2.0

1.) Must be available to work M-F 9am-5pm Central Time USA -6 GMT NO EXCEPTIONS (7:30pm - 3:30am IST) 2.) Must be expert in HTML/XHTML/CSS/Photoshop/Flash & PHP. I Need someone well rounded, someone that can quickly develop/design a complete site mock up, and then turn around and make a flash intro for it if necessary, then if needed, also program a little PHP (create contact forms, submit to database etc..) Need W3C Compliant designs / photo shop / flash & PHP knowledge is preferred More experience the better. 3.) Must be able to work directly with our Project Managers via Yahoo messenger to receive updates & complete changes and updates to clients sites in real time through messenger. 4.) Must be able to Write & Speak English Job Description: Looking for the best web designer in the world! Someone who can create Web 2.0ish type sites and do it fast! I need someone to be able to Create New sample Site Mock ups/Compositions and to Build out / integrate the site into HTML. In addition, will need someone to can perform HTML edits, fixes, work with various open source platforms, Joomla, OS Commerce, Zen Cart. Need general html/web design work on a regular basis. Need someone on Yahoo Messenger to be available for work. Expect random projects and random site build outs/html fixes. Project Manager needs you available to on message the work to you and will rely heavily on you to complete the work as per the clients specifications. Salaried position, flat rate monthly.
