Looking for a CRE Loaded Expert Php/Mysql

I am looking for a CRE Expert to help with adding some new features to my website and making some minor changes. Details are in the attached file. I am looking for someone I can work with in the long term, ideally someone who can provide both design and programming services (But this is not a necessity). Also, this is a small part of a much larger project, which will help us assess the capability of the programmer. We intend to add several dropshippers to this website hence if this one goes well, we will have plenty of work for you.
