Need Wordpress Plugin Developed That performs Same functiona

I already have php based system, i need some one to make a wordpress plugin that does the same job as that php system does. I need that same system implemented with modern look by developing a new wordpress plugin. There are some additional features to be added into the plugin besides that system functionality. So i have outlined all the things with screenshots in the attached file. this project must be completed in a week. Real demo of the system will be shown to successful bidder
