Design Layout tweaks and Page template creation for Wordpress

[login to view URL] The four pages need to be created and added as sub-pages under the Services Menu Item. Each link for the city names listed on the page needs to display a Contact Form in a "light box" style on the screen. (Similar to the Blue "Send Email" button on this page [login to view URL] ) 2 - - - - - - - - - I also need to add two logos below the company details of the footer area, these are logos to link to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 3 - - - - - - - - - The customer testimonial carousel need to be changed to fill 2/3 of the width of the foot area. Also only display the first 3 lines of the reference text, if it is too big need to add "... More" to the end of the third line, this is to stop the display of huge testimonials. If the testimonial carousel area is clicked this needs to link to the [login to view URL] 4 - - - - - - - - - All the contact forms need to be styled to match each other.
