This is a relatively simple program designed to monitor a small, user definable, portion of the screen(video buffer), analyze the resulting bitmap (I will do this part), display a floating point number beside the selected border, compare the number against user definable boundaries and if outside boundaries sound a user definable alarm. 1. The user starts the program which then accesses registry setting if available. 2. The program displays the window(a tiny red frame with transparent fill) on top of all other programs. 3. The user drags the window corners where he wants. If values available from registry then use them first. The windows is transparent and doesn't affect the captured bitmap or underlying, live, data. 4. The program then opens a small prompt window. 5. The user then types an upper bound and lower bound floating point number into a small adjacent popup. The popup also prompts for a sample interval(in seconds) with range of 1 to 10 seconds and a sound effect wav file. The window posiition, boundaries, interval and wave file name are saved to the registry. The popup closes. 6. The program wakes up every time interval, captures the image in the rectangle, passes the image to the analyzer function with a processing timeout of 0.1 second. Displays the resultant floating point number beside the window. 7. If the number is out of bounds the program plays the selected sound effect on a 1 second loop until the disable radio button is selected. 8. If the radio button is set to enable again then processing resumes. 9. Hovering over the boundary activates the settings window again. 10. If I've left anything out then contact me and feel free to use your good judgment. Note: Since I will be finishing the program myself please display a temporary readout number. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP and Vista. Is this possible with something running a C# program with the CLR designed or edited with MS Visual Studio 2005?
