VB.net sample solution for ie add-in

Deliverable: Visual Studio .net soltuion(s) including VB code, install and instructions for use. Performs as descibed below. Purpose: Get a programmer up to speed quickly on the framework of this solution, so that we can extend and protype with our business requirements. What it does: Add-in to IE possibly including a service running on a desktop machine. Web filtering tool is what we'll be building, with ability to change the html from selected websites. IE user experience must remain unchanged - they browse the web as normal, our program is able to intercept and filter results behind the scenes - just like the software you buy to censor websites for kids (e.g. NetNanny). Our programmers will be extending the filtering logic in the future, so for this job we'll just do something simple to prove the concept. An IE toolbar that turns this function on/off and alows me to specify what websites I want to fliter.
