Microsoft Access OR Excel Programming

I'm looking for a talented U.S. based programmer who can help me automate my small business' bookkeeping. THIS IS NOT, HOWEVER, A CHECKBOOK! I need an Excel spreadsheet or Access database that will allow me to enter income as it comes in each month. The same for expenses. I should be able to print reports based on any criteria I want... i.e. date sort, expense category sort, income category sort, etc. At the end of each month I will print out that month's report and know exactly how much money I made, and how much I spent, and which expense categories I spent it on. (There are also "Income Categories" which will allow me to see where I'm making most of my money). A "Master" report will allow me to see at a glance, how much income and expenses I have generated so far during any given year... and it will break income into categories... or allow me to report on any category(s) I choose. This database or spreadsheet should also provide my accountant with the needed information (a blance sheet) he needs at the end of the year to prepare taxes for an S-Corp. I have attached a spreadsheet that it NOT automated to show you what I've been using. However I cannot "report" on any of the data. If you have a better, more efficient, way then please let me know!
