Logo banner and favicon design for website

I need a logo, 3 banners and a favorites icon for the website [login to view URL], which is a website of legal translations to Romanian. The banners should be exclusively graphic, i.e. no text should be used in the banner. Some text will go over the banners (please refer to the website) and it should be easy for the user to read the text in the present color. Also, I need a second banner - which would show only slight differences from the first one - for a legal dictionary named JurisDictio ([login to view URL]). I am open to other solutions too.
