eBay automatic bulk address label creation

I sell on ebay (UK) and i need some system or simple software creating where i can download all my customers addresses (the ones that haven’t been shipped to yet) and put them all into a simple text file so i can bulk print them all at once! I would also need the product name (and quantity) downloading, For Example, if a customer bought some acne treatment off me, the address would read something like this: Jo Bloggs (A3)* 174 Blogg street bloggsville LE67 9YT United Kindgom * the A3 in brackets would indicate that the customer wants 3 bottles of acne treatment!! Then once all the address details have been downloaded, tidied up and edited slightly, i want the software to mark the item as shipped (within ebay) I need the addresses (once downloaded) to be formatted, like this (The comma ‘,’ indicates a new line in the address): Jo Bloggs (A3), 174 Blogg street, bloggsville, UK, LE67 9YT Peter Pan (S1), 1890 wonder land, wonderville Mr Smith (A2S1), 879 Perfect road, US * In the example above, Jo bloggs needs to be shipped 3 bottles of acne treatment; peter pan just needs one scar treatment, while Mr Smith needs 2 bottles of acne and one bottle of scars! …if possible, it would also be good if the software downloaded the customers name and email address and saved that to a different text file (so I can email them in the future) Please Note: I am willing to accept alternate solutions or suggestions if the above isnt possible and i just want to make it clear; i am NOT willing to give away my ebay username and password (no even for testing purposes) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
