Dynamic barcode generator / scanner

Hello, I need to create documents (PDF) with a barcode inside. These documents will be sent to the client to be signed and then will be faxed back to us. I get the fax in TIFF. I need a piece of software that scan the TIFF, and identify the barcode. Then I'll be able to attach the fax to the correct client. I need the SW developed under .NET (VB.NET is the best but even C# could be ok) in detail I need to: - generate a bar code - scan a TIFF and identify the barcode the integration of these pieces (put the barcode in the PDF, get the TIFF from the mail queue, etc) are out of the scope of this project Best Regards PlanetCom ## Deliverables Complete source code, full commented.
