Automated Picking Ticket Printing

**I require a programme that will automatically scan a selected directory checking for a specific CSV (or other suitably formatted) file. When a new file is detected, the programme will parse the data in the CSV and print out the data according to a second file which contains the template. ** This programme will form part on an internal despatch system; basically the CSV will contain information on the various packages ie/ delivery address, what's in the package, etc. This information will then need to be printed onto individual picking tickets to be placed in the package. Each CSV may contain information on upto 100 packages. I had thought of making the template file in HTML with markers for where to place the information that was gathered from the CSV; but I'm open to any other suggestions. This file is likely to change quite frequently so the programme will need to check it each time a print run is started. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must run on Windows 2000 Server.
