Validating Code

I need someone to take a look at my two Wordpress blogs and correct the code to make it validate. The validator page is giving me a lot of errors and I don't know how to correct them. The provider should be very good with Wordpress and code. This might be a long term relationship, since I am planning on doing more websites and I might also be needing help with plugins, etc. I will give you the websites in question through a PM.
