Real Estate agent website redesign Hello, This project is a redesign for a real estate agent web site. The website will consist of 5 main sections: [login to view URL] the listings of the realtor [login to view URL] for prospective clients (including MLS search function). 3.A professional network for registered members 4.A real estate investment club joined by registered members 5.A community center with information of each community respectively (setup as a subdomain) The site will allow visitors and/or homeowners to register online and to: [login to view URL] favorite home listings, save favorite searches, setup email alerts for new properties based on their search criteria [login to view URL] online forms to request information [login to view URL] “contact request” to other members in the network, post/RSVP events [login to view URL] messages in the discussion forum [login to view URL], download code-protected reports, and pay directly from the site. (Certain members only) Use PHP, mySQL, Linux We would like to have easy admin function to update the content, add new information or pages based on template, switch between different frames of the main site and subdomain, and turn on/off some functions. All the content from external links need to be shown within the site frame, instead of external frame. These requirements are not final but represent the bulk of the project. We are looking for a highly professional developer/team to do this project and we hope that it may lead to a long-term relationship to further develop the website. We need someone who can work fast, have excellent English communication skills, who can provide unlimited revisions and is easily reached via email and/or any major IM. All design work must be 100% original. All the code will need to be original and we will need full ownership and copyright over it once the project is completed. The coding for this project needs to be fast, clean and 100% documented (from day one) so that you can send us regular updates and so it can be easily understood and added to at later date.
