Photo posting / Voting Site

We need to revamp our website: [login to view URL] The site is intended to highlight the many ridiculous licenses plates and honor the ones that are funny. We would like to have a new site built in a similar style as most any good photo-blog type site with voting incorporated. Examples: [login to view URL] Feel free to propose existing site templates. The key features we need are: 1 People to easily be able to comment, anonymously. They enter a display name, a comment, an email (not shown), and a security function. 2. People should be able to upload without logging in. The information they have to enter to post: - Display Name name - email address for verification - License plate info in the format: CA_IAMCOOL There should be a selector box with each of the 50 states and an 8 character section where they type the plate data - Title for their posting - A comment about the plate - (optional) Where the pic was taken - Capcha verification - a box that lets them select if they should be notified everytime someone comments on their photo 3. For those that want to sign up: - email notification preferences - a history of their posts 4. Photo rating: - Clever - WTF? - Funny - Douchebag - Mega Douche The site will need to keep track of the votes and tally them on the photo display. 5. Links on the side with categories like: - Top rated douchebag plates - Funny plates - Clever Plates - WTF?! plates 6. Anyone must be able to flag a photo as inappropriate. Upon a flag, the administrators will be notified. 7. We need space for ads on the website. 8. Secure ADMIN console must have full control over postings and website content. 9. Site will be hosted on dreamhost. PLease ensure the template you use is compatible. 10. Social media links must be available.
