This website needs to be a dedicated freelancer website for a special work class. It must have different features such us: - distinct login sections and profile pages for employers and freelancers (with payment rate, portfolios, score etc) - webtrusting services - payments online - Reverse auction systems (this is very important for the end users!!!) - Possibility to implement premium upgrades for clients and projects Modules: 1. Registration, Email Confirmation, Login, Account Setup, Forgot Password for both Service Seeker and Service Provider also Plan Selection/subscription. 2. Project Posting, Profanity Filter, Project Edit, Project Bid, Bid Edit, Project Cancel, Award, Close. 3. PMB – Personal Message Board for communication between Project Provider and Seeker 4. Money – Deposit, Escrow, Release, Withdraw, Dispute. 5. Feedback and Rating after Project completion. 6. Admin Panel – To control all the activites on the site and Dispute management, Member list, Renewal, Withdrawal, CMS etc
