Quick CD Label Program

I need a small program to quickly print a cd label for a data backup. It could be added to the explorer so when you right click on the cd drive it starts the program or could be started from a standard shortcut. It reads the contents of a data cd. I would like it to print my company name at the top of the label, followed by a generic name for the cd ("Data Backup 01/28/02"). The bottom half of the cd label can be the directory listing.
