I need help to build Label Software

Design and print a beautiful labels like:CD labels, DVD labels, VHS labels, VCR labels, business card, jar and bottle labels, folder labels, mailing labels, return address labels, and labels for just about anything you can think of. Basically what I need is a VB6 Label Creating Software using either AciveX or OpenGL. I also need it done so I can easy translate it into another languages. I also want it to use MS Access 2000-2002 db. In you bid let me know when you can start and when you expect to have it done. Also, let me know your ideas how to make this a very good program. Some functions I want included is: (1) Full graphics WYSIWYG with instant print preview and Free to place all / any objects anywhere. (2) Text, Multi Text line, Pictures, Rotating, Shadow, Line, Line Thickness, Circles, Ovals, Rectangles, Rounded Rectangles, Freehand draw, Colors etc... (3) Options to rotate the text and any objects / graphics to any angle. (4) Should also write bended texts, like around a circle or picture (CD labels) etc. (5) Support both pixel, mm and inches etc and choise to use rulers, rasters, grid etc... (6) Add counters: numbers that increment with each label printed - ideal for serial numbers (free choise to start/stop number). (7) Options to place different unlimited # of objects anywhere on label. (8) Use the predefined database (Access 2000-2002) of Avery label templates etc... (9) Options to import records from Access 98-2000-2002 or ASCII files (choise for printing etc...). (10) Create and design user defined horizontal,vertical (also with rounded corner) and CD / DVD labels templates. (11) It should read and save at least wmf, bmp, gif, jpg and tif. (12) All windows printers must be supported. (13) Full online help (F1). (14) A very nice and use friendly GUI. (15) Free for me to input some small new functions etc. (16) Free bug support one month after full delivery. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. - Good programming standards. This includes, but not limited to : descriptive choice of variable names, well commented code etc... - Regular source code updates during project. - Compilable source code in the form of a VB6 project. - Source code must be available for any components used, if not, confirm it's use with us first. - No development licence restrictions on any components used in the project We must be able to re-compile source code direct, without problem or buying licenses. ## Platform VB6 Source - Win95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP ## Deadline information I need this asap.
