Write packing slip creating software or opencart extention

As an online retailer startup I am in need of a simple user friendly online available software or opencart plug that can accept multiple files each containing several pdf sheets of invoices, convert them into individual editable shipping slips that can be mailed to anywhere. It needs to Create date or optionally add a set date, take name/address area + sku , Product title, number of ordered product from the original pdf, and calculate an item total. It needs to be able to save the sheets creating file name as brand + the next order number within individual brands. I would like to be able to mail off the created sheets all at once as pdf sheets and save on my pc with the possibility to manually add phone number or any short script under name/address area of selected brands. I should be able to set logo, company address, administrator's initial and two other info section that is on the flat file. It would be great if comment area could be added individually to selected packing slips or saved to be put on each packing list in general. It would be also great if a pre-set script would be randomly chosen from an excel sheet and added as part of comment. In this case I would need the software chose from excel inventory within the same brand / add actual price and set these info into a changeable frame sentence. In the future I will need this software to be upgraded and create the same for bulk invoicing. For that I have a similar but invoice flat file excel sheet, it could be chosen at the time of original order pdf integration, whether I want to create packing list or invoice. First of all I will need to test the packing slip and see what improvements should be done at the time of software upgrade. I look forward to an experienced software writer who could show jpg images of preferably similar OC extension or software which was developed by him or herself!
