Wordpress Plugin - Quote Calculator

We are looking for a plugin to work with Wordpress. It is a custom t-shirt quote calculator. Details: Must allow for tier pricing (Individually set base price per color of garment, and calculate final price based on number of garments needed) Must be able to add new products in the Wordpress back end (including multiple images per product) Layout similar to the attached image Must be able to email quote results, print quote results Must calculate tax/tax exemption Define the location of print needed, and change pricing accordingly A File upload and text area for customer to upload a design or describe a design All information collected in calculator can be emailed/printed off by customer All quotes that are saved are available for review in the backend, and also email us as a notification More specific details can be provided as needed.
