hi all, we want to add online appointment form our included website. our website : [login to view URL] the project will be smilar below website: (but city town information will be different . we will give you) [login to view URL] (you can click e-Randavu from header menu). after click e-randevu opening one querry want TC identity number. every turkish people hasgot unique identity number. the system control identity number true or false . if false writing "yanlis tcno - wrong tc number" , else if appointment form open. and user enter information and take appointment selected day-time. tc identity number control algorithm like this : all tc identity number 11 digit. the ones digit of the sum of the first ten digit identification number must be equal to the last step. for example : 11111111110=sum of first ten digit 1**0 AND first digit** 0 firs digit sum of firs ten digit 0 = first digit of identtiy number 0 10000000146 = 1+0+0+0+0+0+0+0+1+4=6 60568256974= 6+0+5+8+2+5+6+9+7=54 (4 = 4) all form will be same, just town / il?e and school name data will be different we will give you this data. each town has got school or schools. we have 19 town .
