TWiML Script

I need a very small TwiML Script created for use in receiving inbound calls, playing a recorded message and monitoring the user input for a conference bridge with an outside call center. Below is the exact script needed. Receive Incoming Call and Play Voice File #0 Wait for User Input. If User input is 1 then Play Voice File #1 and then wait for re-input from user (same menu) If User input is 2 then Play Voice File #2 and then wait for re-input from user (same menu). If User input is 3 then Play Voice File #3 and then Conference Bridge with Outside Number and Play Hold Music until Outside Number Joins Conference. This should be an extremely small project using either existing Twimlets or a little custom script. I'm looking for a quick turnaround and this can be written in either PHP or .NET.
