I would need our webpage to automatically login user when he clicks on a button. So I have logged user in our webpage. Logged user will have some form leading to roundcube webmail. You have to tell me how to craft such form that will allow user to be logged automatically without need of entering password. We DO NOT store plain passwords so maybe you have to use roundcube external auth module and only compare usernames. (maybe this can help? [login to view URL]) You have to tweak roundcube (latest version) to allow such login. Please think about (and implement) also some security,

Hi, you have to create a token that is shared between both sides and identifies the user on both sites. Then just forward the token with the url and tada, logon done. The only problem is that roundcoube authenticates directly with the IMAP/POP3 servers and you MUST have the plain text password. If it's the same as the one used to logon to the web page the user is already using it could be stored as md5 string and used for cram-md5 auth. Everything else would require the plain text password ...
