List multiple items and upload to eBay in bulk application

we are looking for someone who could develop us a a small application that would talk to eBay APi and use the application as a front-end for uploading / updating products - basically similar to [login to view URL] as part of the project we want to be able to import bulk products using CSV using front end application in backend we want to have something like Ticket System integration Courier company (via flow/connect it) and part of integration we want to have Integrated automatic Infomation site - allowing providing of extra photos to auction listings Auction site checkout system (allowing upsales post sale), Stock/Inventory Integration, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Reporting and searching and automation (automatic emails, Courier Tracking integration, Two click order processing) thanks
