Hello, I need a joomla 3 component to allow people to ask for budgets and registred users can answer them. The idea is having a site for people who look for services and companies (registred users in the site) that can estimate the budget and answer to the people. Then I think the component need 4 things. - Complete form for people who request for budgets. - List of budgets in frontend with link to see the project and/or make an estimate. - in backend, an admin panel to see projects, assigned company to each project and the budget for this project. - For registred user (companies), a control panel to see the projects they won, the budget, the date and the fee they have to pay. What i want is receive a fee if successful sale based on the budget. If you have more ideas to improve the project say them. Thanks for all.
