Dear Developer, Below scope of works. As part of the upgrade it is important that we do not loose any data. 1) Upgrade our DB to the latest version of OsTicket 2) Retain or transfer all previous programming changes to new version. 3) Create/Update 5 Tabs under customer section :- 3.1 Customer Details 3.2 Internet Details 3.3 PBX Hardware Details 3.4 Router Details 3.5 Wi-Fi Details 4) Add or change required fields (as per attachment showing full scope of works).
