Insert Links in Header, Footer, Modify Share Buttons

I am launching a Chinese language wordpress-blog and need some new links placed in the header and footer of the site. Both header and footer are already fully coded, you will simply need to put the new links into an already coded part of the site. The site will be getting traffic from China, so I will also need the facebook and twitter buttons removed as they are not so keen on those services over there... An 'add this' button is already on the site and will need to be left there, and a Google +1 button will need to be put in in place of one of the buttons being removed. All links and correct Chinese characters will be provided when the project commences.
