I have the following script:
But the script is not converting the videos, so every time I post a video there it does not work. It should be problem with the installation of the script or problems with the software installed.
I wrote to the creator of the script and he sent me this email:

Regarding the video conversion, it is solely dependent on your server.
We have set the paths with the ones you provided, so please ensure they are correct.
Video conversion is dependent on mencoder and flvtool2 being installed on your server and the paths correctly set.
If both of these are correct, then ensure mencoder is compiled correctly with liblame support.

Then I wrote to my hosting provider and let them know about his email and they replied with the following:
------------------- email starts --------------
Hello,
All of this was setup a few days back by us. Please note we only install the binaries, we are not responsible for troubleshooting its operation or functionality.

So I'm not getting help from my hosting not even from the creator of this script.
The requirement to install this script are:
# Apache web server with mod_rewrite enabled.
# MySQL version 4.0 or above.
# Access to cgi-bin.
# GD Library 2 or above with freetype support.
# PHP 4, with the following configuration
- safe_mode = off
- open_basedir = (no value)
- output_buffering = on
- register_argc_argv = On
- max_execution_time = 1000 (Recommended or higher)
- session.gc_maxlifetime = 15000 (Recommended or higher)
- upload_max_filesize = 100M (Recommended or higher)
- post_max_size = 100M (Recommended or higher)
# Mplayer + Mencoder ([login to view URL])
# LAME MP3 Encoder ([login to view URL])
# Flv2tool ([login to view URL])
# Libogg + Libvorbis ([login to view URL])
# FFmpeg ([login to view URL])
# Ability to run PHP from the command line (CLI) with exec()
# Ability to execute background processes with exec("binary > /dev/null &")
So your job is to check that I have everything in my hosting and if I don't then install what I'm missing. Make my website work.
I will send details of my website to the winning bid. The winner will be pick today, so check your email often.
