Mailing List System

I have a dedicated linux server at [login to view URL] I already have mailman installed. I want a system in which I (the admin) can create accounts where clients can upload a email list, send? the mail and receive some statistics about usage. I am not sure if the best thing to do is to have all the mailing list under the same domain... Is it possible to specify different sending IP´s? All my clientes are restaurants and although we do not spam, they always send news about their menu, etc..., and hotmail, for example, can classify the message as spam.
