Appraisal Database

This is a conversion from a Java - web based application to a PHP/MySql version.? The Java version is very feature rich and has the ability to GeoCode addresses, and the software is centered around this ability.? The new software will be quite scaled back and will have the Geocode version only if requested.? Basically it is a database of appraisals that will email the appraiser once it has been scheduled using a scheduler.? The Office will have the ability to schedule appointments on a visual calendar, the appraiser will have the ability to request time off on a visual calendar.? Each appraisal will have around 30 fields that will be filled out.? There is current working software in a Java environment, but this will be scaled back to minimal functionality. (The company has scaled back it's offerings and no longer needs the overhead associated with the software - also, the software was written in 2001-2003, so it is fairly old coding.
