209977 Web-based File Management

We need a Web-based file management system to transfer and manage files on the web server. This web-based system can import list of URLs and download files into required file directories on the web server. Required functions: - import URL list from file or webform into database, use URLs to download files into specified directories - can select files to download, select directory to save files, check if file already exists before downloading, limit total file size and number of files in each directory, create new directories if limits are reached - auto-compress (zip) downloaded files (per number of items or all files in directory) - display downloading process, files in directories, status, log data etc System will be built on a shared hosting Linux/PHP/MySQL environment.
