Transfer Website to VPS and add some PHP functions

Hello bidders Job 1. I have a website (PHP) that sends Bulk sms and it is hosted to shared hosting and i want to transfer it to a VPS. The website must be tested first to VPS and then come to live. In the meantime the site will be working to the old one. Job 2. Some Modifications of the website a) Now the site is running a cron job every 5 min and sends 200 sms. - I want it to change it to run every 1or 2 minutes and i want to define from the backend the amount of sms that will be sent every time the cron job is executed. You must check which is the maximum sms i can sent with my VPS characteristics. b) I want to have the ability to search in a list of recipients for a specific number. c) My system is setup to send sms according to some filters. I want to add a button that will say "No filter" d) Now my system has the ability to upload an excel/csv file with the maximum of 10.000 rows. I want it to be unlimited. e) I want to add one more option as Sender of the SMS. This will be a blank text, that the user will be able to fill and set the sender. (Keep in mind the restrictions of Sender name) f) User can be registered either as Companies or Individuals. This is done clicking to the appropriate tab. I want you to make a wizard asking the way user wants to register. g) Now the system has the ability to sent 160 chars ( I set this from the backend) and it debits 1 credit. I want it to has the ability to sent until 320chars and debits 2 credits or 480chars and debits 3 credits. I want this to be done to both quick sms and Scenarios sms. The WebSite is in G R E E K.
