Magento Developer needed

we have started working on [login to view URL] but have run into various issues. I mostly need help in getting everything up and running. [login to view URL] I added a product to this category. I have tried to add product to [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] they do not show up. I do not fully understand how attributes and attribute sets work and could use help getting these set up. For example a lot of these products have flavors. So a customer needs to be able to choose from say Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry for one product but Grape, Orange, Berry for another. I have also been experiencing memory errors.
