Recipe website required(repost)

**Introduction** Our company specializes in kitchen appliances and have the need to develop a recipe sharing website that is based specifically on our products that we sell. Recipes will be initially setup in the system for purchasers of our products to search and use recipes specifically to the appliance that they purchased. Eg recipes for Rice cookers, recipes for Stand mixers etc. The idea or concept is that when the user wishes to adapt their own recipe or create a new recipe, that instead of writing this recipe down manually the user will either enter it on their account through our website to add to list of recipes for that appliance. We offer the user to share the recipe to other users of our appliances and thus our community of users will grow the recipe database organically specific to the appliance that we sell. Prefer to have the website built in JOOMLA ## Deliverables **Components/ functions of System required** ? Website - we currently have an existing Joomla website and if possible to create a new website just for recipes so that we can use the same username/passwords of our existing customers and notify them of the new facility for recipes. The website should be set out in simple easy graphic style. List recipes by appliance model. Allow users to add new recipes in step by step process, including uploading photo. Preferable this website to be a subdomain of our existing domain to keep it separate. Website to have functions similar to that of Iphone/Ipad/Android App (below) ? Administrator of website - Currently our existing website is administered through Joomla administration through a browser. We require a method of adding new appliances to the recipe website, adding our own recipes or bulk recipes, and approving of recipes submitted by users (preferably by email notification of new recipe submitted ) and gathering of statistics. ? Database - MySql database to store recipe data by appliance. *** Important aim of system is that users will be happy to share their recipe to other users or provide links to recipe site on facebook, twitter etc. If the user wants to share a recipe with a friend who has the same appliance, they can enter their own recipe on the app or website, the recipe will be approved by our company and available to all for download. The friend will update their app to download the newest recipes and will have the new recipe. App to have the following menu systems; Home Page: **Browse Appliance, Search, Favourites, Add New** ** ** **Browse Appliance** ----->Appliance 1 ---->recipe category 1,2.. --> recipe 1,2,3... ----->Appliance 2 ---->recipe category 1,2.. --> recipe 1,2,3... **Search** ----> enter recipe keyword----> display --> go to recipe. **Favourites** ---> displays previously recipes selected as favourites---> go to recipe **Add New**----> New page prompts user to enter: Name, Photo (take from camera), ingredient name1, qty 1, ingredient name2, qty2 ...etc and then proceed to enter method----> Enter method step 1, ----> method step 2.... and so on-----> Finish---> Popup message to Share others---> if yes, send details to server for approval. New recipe stored on users device if shared or not shared. Other buttons- Share on Facebook,Twitter, Back to Home, download new recipes, **Testing and Validation** We require 2 weeks for testing of system that all aspects are working to our satisfaction and correctly built. Bugs are identified and rectified. **What we will provide** ? Subdomain or other domain if required ? FTP access to that subdomain or domain if required ?
