Link Development for Our Real Estate Directory

I am looking for a very ambitious person who has the drive and commitment to take charge of our Real Estate directory which is broken down into states, national and other home related categories. We would like you to get us at least 150 links from real estate related websites which if you break it down could be 3 real estate sites per state etc. So bid on this project as getting us 150 PR 2 - > links. We want our link to appear on at least a G**gle PR 2 page. The home page of this site is a PR6 and all of the real estate categories (where you will add the link partners) are PR 4. The current Arelis file will be uploaded here for you so that you don't have to re-create the directory. We will help explain this if you don't understand it. You must have the Arelis software! **Please do not bid if: You do not have Arelis Are not dedicated to this project and it's success. **This project shows bidding for 7 days but I have yet to let a project go to the deadline so don't be shy about getting your bid in for consideration. Be sure to read the deliverables below. ## Deliverables 1) Links should not be on spammy, black hat seo type sites, guest books, etc. We reserve the right to deny a link of this sort. 2) Links pointing to our site needs to have our specified anchor text which we will provide to you. 3) Communications for link request should be done with the email we provide you and we have the right to end this project if we start receiving spam complaints or are not seeing any satifactory progress made. If we terminate the project you will be paid on legitimate links which are to be verified before any funds are released. 4) Links shall not be paid links or placed on sites temporarily. 5) We should receive weekly copies (Friday) of the 4 files which is located in C:\Program Files\ARELIS (or where ever you have Arelis installed). 6) When link partners send you the location of the link you need to put it in Arelis in the appropriate location so it is easy to very the links. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform n/a
