fix a site with some small bugs in php and add a blog

I have just had a new website built, see attachment for domain name. The programmer was paid but no longer offers support to fix remaining bugs so i'm looking for another skilled php, html, mysql programmer to fix some bugs and make some changes to the site. Cpanel access will be provided. The changes are as follows: 1. Remove code that creates the grey box "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" and create a tick box in the admin which i can click to turn this feature on and off. Site is still in testing phase but i dont want to have to start editing code to remove it when i want to take the "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" grey box away. 2. the right side column on images links to different categories for a particular suburb. The bottom one should be going to "/lounge-steam-cleaning/" as the image and text say but its pointing to "/blind-steam-cleaning/" folder instead. Please fix this. It's like this on every page so the templates will need updating as a page generation script is used. The alt tab is also wrong, it should say "Lounge Steam Cleaning {{Cityname}}" 3. All links on suburb "carpet cleaners" pages go to carpet-cleaning/[login to view URL] page, should instead all point to carpet-cleaners/[login to view URL] 4. change booking fee from 7.7% to 13.20% (made up of 12% + 1.2% GST = 13.2% off total fee) This will also need to be reflected in the invoices that are generated as part of the booking fee to the contractors. Currently its calculating at 7.7% (7% + 0.7% GST). See attachment: [login to view URL] for example invoice. 5. Add google markup coding to site & fill create dynamic author meta tag I only want the best php programmers, no newbies or "i can do it - but didn't read the job" freelancers need apply. The site is currently under construction and can only be accessed after you login to the admin. I will provide the winning bidder with cpanel and admin access. Happy bidding. I have another project to fix up after this one which will be posted as a separate job. I will go through these fixes in details with the winner if more explanation is required.
