565959 New Phpmydirectory website and possible logo

Here is an example of the site I would like to create: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I bought PHPMD and have not had any luck in stalling it myself. I am looking for someone to deliver a full- ready to run site for me. I have the license already for PHPMD. I already have a domain and hosting account. 1. Install PHPMD onto my website. (PHPMD charges $30 for this) 2. I would like to pick out a new template which will be used as the [login to view URL] page, and for linked pages. You can suggest something easy to use, or I will pick something. Please don't include this cost in your bid, I will buy it and send it to you. 3. I would like you to take the basic make up or color palette of the template to use and design a template for the PHP directory so it looks seamless, or at least matching the template. 4. I am easy to please and easy to work with. I will probably ask you to make a few tweaks to the design and that's it. Just have everything set up and working for me so all I have to do is populate the database. 5. For the logo design, I am a little more apprehensive about this one but will throw it out there anyway. I would like a "smart fish" or fishbowl design, if anyone is create if out there. Maybe you could do both for me. I may post this separately once my site is up and running.
