We a are a New York based firm that outsources some of our services/products - primarily web and software development.
We are looking for a new partner to outsource projects to...
We are seeking a very established company that is able to handle 4-10 projects (large and small) simultaneously at any one point in time.
At the very moment, we are looking for a candidate who specializes in web-development and design (software/app development is a plus but not required, same with SEO).
Requirements:
-Ability to meet hard deadlines (most important).
-A dedicated project manager that will communicate with our point of contact regarding all administrative, technical, and budget management.
-Able to communicate via Skype during EST work-hours and have fast email turnover.
-Use of project management systems (Basecamp or Asana or Lighthouse or other).
-Able to meet given budget.
-You decide payment schedule (milestones, 50 upfront 50 completion, etc.)
-We can do wire transfer, PayPal, etc - at your choice.
-Heavy portfolio of small to large scale website projects (individual websites to high volume e-commerce to complex web-apps).
-Modern graphic design artwork (logos, etc.).
-Knowledge in the basics: HTML5, CSS3, JS/JQuery/AJAX, PHP, MVC, SQL, e-commerce frameworks, WordPress, WordPress plugin building, other CMS, & more.
-Projects are assigned via Skype and email with all requirements discussed in Skype call, email, and project management system.
-Fixed price budget will be decided prior to start of project.
Here is an overview of how we allocate budget depending on project. Static 1 page website redesign or new ($150-250), CMS website with less than 10 pages for small business ($450), basic e-commerce site with front-end design ($750-850), e-commerce site with minor unique customization ($1,250), large-scale web application ($10,000+). Budget is decided before the start of project and after all requirements are discussed. Multiple projects will be assigned constantly.
Requirements in priority order:
1. Fast turnover, fast deliverability, able to meed deadlines for multiple projects at a time.
2. High quality projects - secure, compliant, legible code.
3. Communication - availability for Skype, clear English, fast response.
