Build a Website

Looking to have a website made for a renovation company. Need an original theme, to match with our logo [login to view URL] What I'm looking for (generalization) The company is called -> The Ottawa Home Renovator [login to view URL] The company focuses on general renovations, energy efficient builds and additions, general renos (kitchens baths etc), heated floors for residential customers basically handling everything for non-commercial (home) except building new homes from scratch. I would like site that clean and classy. The colour scheme can vary, but it has to somehow incorporate the logo we chose (im open to new suggestions on color theme/scheme) These are some of our direct competitors websites (have a look at their websites): we're trying to make ours look on par Ottawa General Contractors[1] [login to view URL] Oakwood[2] [login to view URL] How much will you get paid.. the winning big price, plus extras, depends on the quality of the work. I want a unique theme for the site, that is catchy. What I'm looking for: a built-in chat feature just like our competitors (I want one that pops out of the same window not a separate window). The site can be done using any software you prefer, i would suggest even WordPress or something similar. In terms of modules required, we can discuss further but it would be mostly pre-built ones that we can download (mortgage calculator etc.). Hosting and domain have already been purchased. I need a freelancer or team that can start working on this immediately and be willing to make changes as required until we have a product we are happy and satisfied with.. I realize that I haven't given a lot of details about the site, but I will provide more detailed info to the winner(s), and leave it to the creative minds of freelancers to bring their best design skills I will check at least a few times a day to check on the progress, and to respond to questions. Theres some in there that i could see being the chosen logo. Don't let that discourage you from submitting yours; you still have until Monday. I'm thinking now i might do a runner up prize to show that i appreciate the work you guys put in.
