Flash Player Video Site

We run a video social networking site. When users upload videos to their profile, we want the videos to be converted to our custom flash player. The player should have an embed function that allows users to copy the html code to other websites, a "Send To Friend" option that allows users to email video to friends, full screen, and get link option that allows users to copy video link. Similiar to a youtube video player. Involves flash, php/mysql
