165511 Custom Flash File Uploader

I need a custom flash file uploader. Must be able to select multiple files and upload at once with a progress bar. It should be easy to skin to customize the look and feel of the uploader. I also need to be able to feed it the upload directory via php or xml. The directory will change depending on a variety of conditions. Some other customizations might be necessary.
