Changes in a flash site

First of all i want when the movie loads to show one picture which will be anything,with the menus inactive(because now it loads the first frame of the content_mov)and without the thumbnails at the bottom,then when i click every button it goes to the specific locations just as it is and show the specific thumbnails for each button, with the only difference that i am describing below: If you see the movie now i have added a button that is called "read more".When you press it it shows up a pop-up [login to view URL] i want when i press "about us" to show this pop up in the center and the pictures behind as it [login to view URL] same i want for "distribution" and "press" with two different pop-ups,you can call it randomly from the same movie clip. Now,when you rollover "retail" i want to show three extra buttons, it can be like roll down menu,or you can show them when you press the button like the "read more" in "about us".When you press each of these buttons i want to show different pictures for each on just like the main buttons,except the "contact".You can just copy paste the code from buttons,dublicate the pages,add extra frames at the main timeline and it will be done, cause i tried myself and it worked.I only need to prevent some errors during the whole process that occur while playing,but i dont have the time to solve it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
