Web Programming for an Affiliate Websites ## Deliverables I am looking for a programmer that could program my websites, I already have my designs and I will only need the functionilities for these websites as stated below: I haven't seen any sites I would like this site to resemble. We're trying to draw people who are serious about making money in real estate. Everything about this site needs to make people feel comfortable and extremely excited about the opportunity as they race to secure their surrounding counties. Please fully read and understand the following and I'm sure you'll have a handle on what's needed. This site is being developed to sell affiliate memberships for exclusive rights to use a 3 real estate site package in the counties affiliates purchase ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL]). The sites assist real estate investors, agents, brokers, etc… in sharing information, generating leads, and prescreening sellers, tenant/buyers, and private lenders. The affiliate site will exchange information, forms, etc… with the other 3 sites. Affiliates will also have access to additional marketing tools, resources, lead tracking, follow-up, etc… in the private affiliate section. A database needs to be developed for each county from each of the 3 sites (ie: each county will have 3 databases). There should also be one email system utilized to receive all emails for each affiliate (ex: email at [login to view URL], email at [login to view URL], and email [login to view URL]). All email to any one of these email addresses should be sorted and available to be viewed by the affiliate at one site. They should also be able to choose which address shows up in the “from?? field when they send an email. This site will have the following pages available to lead to affiliate purchase: 1. Home ??" Selling the services, benefits, etc… 2. Affiliate Territory Selection (select State then county - only available counties should appear) 2.1. 100 Fastest Growing U.S. Counties (pop-up link on the Affiliate Territory Selection page) 2.2. 100 Largest U.S. Counties (pop-up link on the Affiliate Territory Selection page) 3. Affiliate Account Setup ??" username, password, billing, desired email, phone # for business cards/door hangers, forwarding email, etc… 4. Payment/Monthly billing Setup 5. Affiliate Login. Each page should lead to the next with the exception of the pop-ups (only available on the Affiliate Territory Selection page) and the Affiliate Login page (should have a link on each page). Private Affiliate pages: 1. Welcome ??" Has available links and brief descriptions of other available pages. 2. My Profile ??" Affiliates have the ability to update personal/company info, affiliate pics/message (available on each of the other 3 sites), billing info, username and password. 3. Lead Tracking ??" Affiliates can track leads from all 3 sites and counties purchased, make offers, schedule follow-up, etc… 4. Marketing Tools ??" marketing materials and suggestions, printing/direct mail/etc. links 5. Resources ??" Forms, documents, helpful links, etc… 6. Upload Available Properties ??" Affiliates will be able to upload up to 5 pictures of up to 5 different homes as well as descriptions, info, directions, etc…for each county they purchase to be available to view on the [login to view URL] site. 7. Affiliate Support ??" email links for affiliate questions, concerns, etc… 8. Logout More or less this site will sell the affiliate memberships, allow affiliates to manage the other 3 sites, and allow me to manage the affiliates and the sites. I have examples of most pages I can email to you as needed. Adjustments will need to be made to the design and all programming will need to be completed. I need the ability to view and alter any/all individual affiliates pages, info, pics, etc…in order to assist affiliates as necessary. I also need the ability to offer promotions through promotional codes I choose, make counties appear taken, cancel affiliates, group email all affiliates, etc... I’m sure other things will come to mind as we go and I reserve the right to add, remove or change any aspect of this site at any time. Thanks in advance for your help.
