Script problems need fixing

I have a script that is called the power reseller cart. This script allows the people to upload any of the reseller items that they have on their computer, and have them all on this one site. It also has a fully functional affilliate program with it. I have been having actually a couple of problems with it. I have installed the script on many servers with cpanel in the United States and it installs just fine, but then when I try on several of them from the UK I keep getting unable to connect to data base errors. And then the other problem that I seem to be having is when you go into the admin section you are allowed to create packages, and then you are allowed to create products that will be in each package. The packages seem to create just fine, but then when I am trying to create the products I keep getting errors saying Wrong file type, for the program which is a zip file, even though that is what I selected from my desktop, and also on the images it will say wrong image type even though I select the right image. Then I went into the data base and the file had actually uploaded but was not showing up in the product folder. So even though it uploaded the product section said I did not have a product in there. I have this installed on a domain and can give you access to the script so you can test it and see what I am talking about, I just need what ever is wrong with this dang thing fixed so that it will do what it is suppose to do, and all efforts to contact the original programmer has yeilded nothing in return. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The end corrected script must be tested and working as described in directions of the script, and then all corrected files put into a zipped format and forwarded to me so that I have a fully corrected script with all the fixes. ## Platform Internet Explorer, and on linux based server with standard cpanel interface. mysql data base driven.
