We are searching a web-based restaurant/carry-out online menu solution. The solution will allow customers to access the restaurant's web site, review and place a food order online. The restaurant will receive an email and prepare the order for pickup or delivery to the customer.
The solution must:
* be web-based
* be written in php and mysql
* be very easy for the customer to use and navigate
* allow customers the option to request a delivery order or place a order for pickup * provide admin option to charge (or not to charge) for delivery orders
* include a very easy to use admin area to allow restaurant owner to make changes such as: * add and delete menu items
* allow restaurant owner the ability to easily post daily specials
* change pricing
* stores customer history
* accepts all major credit cards Internet gateways (ie Authorizenet, paypal, iBill, etc.)
* admin must have option to accept (or not to accept) credit cards over the Internet. Order will be paid upon delivery or upon order pickup
* allow website-to-email notification. This will notify restaurant that an online order had been placed
* be fully customizable to accommodate several different restaurant's theme/look
* include email opt-in functionality so that customer can be email special offers (Osc newsletter function?)
Based on our requirements we suggest modifying OSCommerce 2.2-MS2 (OSC).

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
