PayPal xfer to Western Union for Coders in India

Do you have current or pending RAC payments tied up in PayPal that you can't receive now due to the RBI snafu? I may be able to help. I am a rentacoder buyer who does a very substantial amount of business here, frequently also with coders in India (take a look at our history). My Indian colleagues brought this huge issue to my attention. I am helping them out by re-transferring via Western Union. As you probably know Western Union is legitimately authorized to transfer cash anywhere in India. My colleagues suggested that I should also assist others who are stuck in the same predicament. Here's what I am thinking: Transfer to my PayPal account and I will re-transmit back to you via Western Union, after deducting a service fee of: 10% + 3% (Paypal's xfer fee) + the actual WU fee (usually $15; I need to check rates for more than $1k). So, for example if you have $1000 tied up, xfer to our account and we will use W.U. to send $855 back to you (approx 39330 Rs) Let me know if you are interested. Please only respond if you are serious. If there is enough serious interest for amounts over $500 I will go ahead and do this during the week after the current RAC disbursal cycle.
