osCommerce Customization Project

Hello, We would also like an indication of the price for providing me with a version of OS commerce set up to sell mobile phone ringtones, wallpapers and logos, as well as mobile phone accessories. The admin section should allow me to upload ringtones, wallpapers, and logos, for customers to browse. Payment should be by credit/debit card, premium rate number or reverse billed text. There should be a wap site which customers can access and download their purchases or they could be delivered by text. This all needs to be automated so that once payment has been authorised and received, the release code and wap address is sent or the texts are sent. I know of an SMS gateway that can deliver the texts - Please advise if you need this. We have mutiple projects on osCommerce and we are looking for a long term relationship from the selected bidder.
