Online Database Application

I am looking for an online application that a .raw file can be uploaded to, the file then reads in 3 lines of hex, converts it to binary, saves both of the sets of lines. The program also will prompt for certain data; most of witch will be checkboxes. I will need a spot for a user to enter in his own information. If it is too hard to upload the file, simply a paste box where the information can be entered will be fine. The application is designed to detect similar information on different tracks. This information does not need to be secure. I would like to be able then to view the database created from this information online, select similar files, and view what is similar or different in each file, both in hex, binary, and ASCII format The programmer of this project will be given all of the information needed to convert the .raw file into a format that is user friendly (ASCII DATA) -Chris ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All web browser support would be great
